864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: AMRAP – 21 Minutes

400 meter Run
21 Push-Ups
15 Box Jumps
9 Burpees

RX – Form. ROM. RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar.
Hand Release Push-ups / good solid form. Box – 24/20. Full ROM Burpees – chest/thighs to the deck.

Skill work – work on one L-Sits / L-Holds

CF864 News:

June 864 Challenge – Accumulate as many burpees as possible during the month of June. Keep a running total posted daily on the whiteboard at the gym. Goal = 100 each day.
