Strength – You will have 15 minute to find your 1RM Snatch – work up to a heavy single. Remember to log your strength numbers.
Warm up – start adding weight on the bar until you hit that heavy single. Push each other today. Our priority today = Get Stronger!

864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: “Strict Nicole”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Max-rep strict pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

RX – Form. ROM. RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar. Form = more important than the load.
Focus on what you are doing and don’t get caught up in the “are you RX?” “did they RX” “should I RX?” Train based on YOUR strength/skills.

Skill work – work on rings

June 864 Challenge – Accumulate as many burpees as possible during the month of June. Keep a running total posted daily on the whiteboard at the gym. Goal = 100 each day.
