15 Box Step Overs
21 Burpees

RX – Form. ROM. RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar.

RX = Box Step Over – 24/20 with 1 x 24kg./16kg. KB held by side / Switch hands as needed.

Skill work – Work on a weakness today. You will never get stronger at the game unless you do more training than you do complaining. Nobody wants to hear whining!
