864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: 8 RFT

Run 200M
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Push Press
9 Squats

Skill work – Work on Handstand Holds – Forget about learning to kip until you have mastered the movement with strict form.

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps. Run to 100M and back. Push Press Load = 135/95
